At Gold Bond, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original box.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend keeping your tracking number handy until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
